                                                    TAKE A DEEP BREATH

                                                    LIVING CALLS FOR IT

Yes take in all the familiar aromas colors and tastes that this time of yes can bring. Our fall and winter could have been much harder than it was, we lost many through unnecessary causes but life does go on and my way is to keep asking for that inner and outer strength we must have and truly need. Let us not center ourselves around our selves and families this is so easy to do it doesn’t take any efforts art all, try reaching out to another with hardships and sadness and see how very hard that is to do. Bret deeper and also think wiser on the days that has pass and those that will come, rose gardens only exist in gardens every day as long as they are kept properly, the ones we have once in a while are not conducted and keep by us but by a higher Gardner of all men.

Enjoy the flowers, fruits and veggies all summer and even into the winter. Jar and store up some of that good produce if you grow your own will be most enjoyable during the fall and winter months. Don’t give up the healthy style eating because spring is in the air you still need it all year around. Cook rice, pasta and other cooked foods so you can putt up some for another time. Brown rice is just as good in the hot weather as in the cold. If setting out is what you enjoy be sure your choices are healthy ones, itt is not about what the others choices are it is all about yours. Ice cream for them jell -o or sugar free fat free style for you. Being out isn’t the time to go off your diet regimen, you just might pay later be smart and stick to your guns.
