SUGAR FREE CHUTNEY
This is a way overdue happy eating for those that enjoy lamb, goat, chicken, and other meats. These spreads can be sweetener in your choices.
Use fresh fruits and other ingredients I find that the chutney lasts longer and taste is just delicious.
Diced fresh pineapples
1 ounce pineapple juice
½ cup of water
Chop ingredients as rough or fine as you wish. Add items to a sauce pan on medium heat. We want soften the fruit and vegetables some. Dilute juice, water and gelatin. Read directions carefully . Dilute gelatin then add to ingredients stirring is important. Let cook until it thickens. Stir well place in a tight sealed container keep cool
And let ingredients compound with each other until soft and spreadable. Can be out the same as regular preserves just remember the ingredients are fresh with no added additives so the shelf life can be short. Do not make a ton of chutney at one time when using fresh ingredients.

Fresh stone cherries
Dice celery small use the heart of the celery.
Red sweet pepper
Onions offer chutney a special I want more flavor.
