We do not need syrupy drinks, tons of pastry, assorted chocolate candies in order to enjoy eating. These foods not only add calories but they also lack the nutrition our body need. Replacing non-nutritional foods for healthy nutrition will never be the way to healthier eating. Drinking soda pop and un-nutritional drinks grabbing candy all day are empty nutritional foods. Yes! Some candies and pastry as fruits, nuts believe me the sugar and fats will not be the winners for health. It is true that fats are very well needed for maintence of our bodies; please don't try to get it taking this route smile. Realize that fresh foods have sodium and sugar this is there at the very beginning, adding more sugars and sodium is the greater harm.
