PEACH BLOSSOM

 

2 SMALL FRESH SLICED PEACHES

½ TSP PEACH FLAVORING

1 CUP PEACH NECTAR

2 CUPS FROZEN GREEK VAN YOGURT

SWEETENEN TO TASTE. BLEND AND CHILL

 

SUMMER SWINGER

 

2 FRESH SMALL PLUMS

1 CUP CHUNKY PINEAPPLES (FRESH OR WATER PACKED CAN)

20 STONE REMOVED CHERRIES

½ CUP HONEY DEW MELLON

1 CUP APPLE JUICE

½ CUP LOW FAT NON-DAIRY CREAM. BLEND CHILL

2 CUPS MIXES BERRIES, 1/2 CUP MANGO JUICE, 1CUP GRAPE JUICE, ½ CUP BERRIE YOGURT (LOW FAT) BLEND CHILL
